    I wanted to provide some clarification regarding the travel charges for our services. We charge $1 per minute for travel time, which is a separate charge from the job itself. Please note that we only charge for one-way travel unless parts runs are necessary for the project.


    To minimize any additional travel time, we highly recommend clear communication and sharing detailed pictures of the project. This will help us understand the requirements better and ensure a smoother process. 

    Parts Fees

    20%

    I wanted to inform you about our policy regarding parts and supplies for your project. We apply a 20% markup on all parts, supplies, and taxes paid for a job. This fee covers handling, convenience in purchasing, storing, expertise in sourcing parts, and protecting items before the project starts or during supply runs.

    Hourly Rates (work performed)

    General Labor - you need muscle not skill - no tools required.

    $60/hr

    We are pleased to offer our assistance with a variety of general labor tasks, including moving furniture, organizing closets, decluttering, and other similar activities. These tasks require minimal skill and tools, allowing us to efficiently help you with your needs.  

    Skilled Labor

    $90/hr

    Projects requiring tools and knowledge - examples - hanging pictures, replacing garbage disposals, light fixtures, general electrical work or trouble-shooting, task reviews to decide if the project would be better suited for licensed professional, furniture assembly, appliance troubleshooting and repair, drywall patching, painting, organization design, closet design, storage modifications, garage organization, minor plumbing work.  If the job requires tools, it will be charged at this rate most 

    RE-WORK

    $0/hr

    I would like to clarify our policy regarding the quality and satisfaction of our work. Any skilled work that does not meet your expectations will be redone at no additional charge, provided it does not entail a change in the original expectations or scope of the project.


    In the event that I feel I cannot meet your expectations due to a lack of skill, I reserve the right to issue a refund. However, satisfactory proof of the project being redone may be required before processing any refunds.  

    A complete bill of sale on each project will be provided and kept on record for a period of 3 years
